Being there. Reflections on IAIA 2022, Vancouver, BC

IAIA 2022, in Vancouver this year (4-7 May) was a first for many of us in NEDIA. We saw each other for the first time in person since COVID, and in some cases for the first time since we first brainstormed together in Edmonton, June 17-19, 2019 (just when IAA 2019 passed third reading in the House of Parliament). So great. And we met so many new people, some of who have joined NEDIA. It was also a chance for many of us to connect with folks from IAAC, and also with the BC Environmental Assessment Office. A number of side events took place.
